Case Assessment

O'Dea Woodman does not offer free consultations.  Instead we will provide a Case Assessment Session for a nominal fee of $250.  These assessments typically take an hour, though some may be shorter and some may take more time.  The purpose of the assessment session is to determine if we are able to help you, and if you want to hire us – it is not to solve your problem.

If at the end of the session we think we can help you, and you want to hire us, the $250 will be applied toward our fees for handling your case.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Someone will contact you to schedule a session and will send you a written questionnaire that you will need to complete and return to us at least 2 days prior to your session. The information in the questionnaire lets the attorney prepare for meeting with you.

All case assessments must be paid for in advance, either by credit card below or by check at least 2 days prior to your session.
