Melissa Reynolds O'Dea, Esq.

Melissa has spent her career representing the government in complex litigation and regulatory matters.  She practices in state and federal court and has appeared before the Supreme Court of the United States.  She also appears regularly before the Maine Human Rights Commission and other state agencies.  Melissa has received recognition from the National Association of Attorneys General for her leadership in overseeing and coordinating multi-state enforcement efforts and is an expert in negotiating innovative solutions.  Ms. O'Dea is BV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Maria A. Woodman, Esq.

Maria began her legal career at the prestigious Manhattan District Attorney's Office in New York City.  Under District Attorney Morgenthau Maria prosecuted a wide array of complex criminal cases, ranging from violent felonies to narcotics sales.  While there she also prosecuted welfare fraud cases.  Maria moved to Maine in 2003 and joined Maine's Health Care Crimes Unit in the Office of the Attorney General.  As an AAG she was responsible for criminal prosecutions of those health care providers who were injuring Maine patients and taxpayers.  Following that, Maria spent five years as a civil litigator in the child support division of the Office of the Attorney General.  Ms. Woodman is licensed to practice in both Maine and New York.
